Will it actually look like my child (and my pet)?
You'll know before you pay. Upload your photo (two for kid & pet scenes), and in about 20 seconds you'll see the finished portrait. Don't love it? Make another version — three are free, three more with your email. After you order, a real person checks it again before it prints.
Do you use AI?
Yes. Our AI places them into the scene, keeping your child's face, skin tone and hair, and your pet's markings. Then a person on our team reviews every portrait before it goes to print. You approve the preview; we make sure the print matches it.
What photos work best?
Face toward the camera, good daylight, nothing covering the face, one subject per photo. For pets, a clear view of the face and markings. Phone photos are fine.
What happens after I order?
About 2 days for our team to check your portrait, 2–4 business days to print, 3–7 business days in transit. Plan on about 7–13 business days total.
Can I change something after ordering?
Yes, free, within 24 hours of placing your order. Reply to your order confirmation email or use our contact form and tell us what you'd like changed.
What if it arrives damaged, or looks different from my preview?
Send us a photo within 30 days. We'll reprint it free or refund you in full. You keep the canvas — no return shipping.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Each canvas is made for your child (and your pet, in kid & pet scenes), so it can't be resold. That's why the preview is free and comes before payment.
What do you do with my photos?
We use them to make your portrait, nothing else. They're never shown publicly, never used for face recognition or biometric data, and deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Details: Photo privacy.
Which size should I pick?
12×16 for a shelf, desk or nursery wall. 16×24 above a twin bed or dresser. 24×36 for a playroom or living room. 32×48 if it's going to be the thing in the room. Rule of thumb: about two-thirds the width of the furniture under it.
How much is shipping?
$8.99 anywhere in the US, free on orders of $150 or more. We ship to the United States only for now.
Will it arrive by Christmas?
Order by Tuesday, Dec 15, 2026 with standard US shipping for the best chance. Carriers are busy in December, so earlier is safer — after that we can't promise it.
Can I add more than one child or pet?
Right now each scene is one child; Dino Rider adds one dog or cat. More scenes are on the way.
