These terms apply when you use dovelie.com ("Dovelie", "we", "us") or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our products

We make personalized canvas portraits from photos you upload. Previews are generated by AI and are a close guide to the final print; small differences in color between screen and canvas are normal.

2. Your photos and your rights

You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them. If you upload a photo of a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, or have their permission. You keep all rights to your photos. You give us a limited permission to use them only to create, review and print your order. How we handle photos: Photo privacy.

3. What you can't upload

No photos of people without their consent, no content you don't have rights to, nothing illegal, hateful or sexual. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules and refund you.

4. Free previews

Each device gets a limited number of free preview versions (currently 3, plus 3 more when you enter an email). We may change these limits to prevent abuse.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout before you pay, including shipping. We may change prices at any time; changes don't affect orders already placed.

6. Shipping, changes and refunds

7. Our artwork

The scene designs, images and site content belong to Dovelie. Your finished canvas is for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
