A great photo makes a great portrait. Here is what works best.

Do

  • Face the camera, with both eyes visible
  • Bright, even light (daylight works best)
  • Sharp and in focus, taken recently
  • Only your child in the photo, or one face that is easy to pick out
  • The original photo from your phone or camera

Avoid

  • Sunglasses, hats or hands covering the face
  • Blurry, dark or heavily filtered photos
  • Face turned away or seen from far off
  • Screenshots or very small images

    A sweet portrait

The Snow Globe Christmas idea is sweet and the canvas displays well. Some details felt different from what I pictured, but the overall result is pleasant.

    A wonderful keepsake

The Snow Globe Christmas design was a perfect match for our photo. The portrait has a polished look and makes a memorable addition to the wall.

    Better than expected

A lovely interpretation of the two of them in the Snow Globe Christmas style. The finished piece feels warm, imaginative, and genuinely gift-worthy.
