You'll know before you pay. Upload one photo, and in about 20 seconds you'll see the finished portrait. We keep their real face, skin tone, hair and expression. Don't love it? Make another version — three are free, three more with your email. After you order, a real person checks it again before it prints.
Do you use AI?
Yes. Our AI places your child into the scene, keeping their face, skin tone, hair and expression. Then a person on our team reviews every portrait before it goes to print. You approve the preview; we make sure the print matches it.
What photos work best?
One child, face toward the camera, good daylight, nothing covering the face. A photo that looks like them on a normal day works best. Phone photos are fine.
What happens after I order?
About 2 days for our team to check your portrait, 2–4 business days to print, 3–7 business days in transit. Plan on about 7–13 business days total.
Can I change something after ordering?
Yes, free, within 24 hours of placing your order. Reply to your order confirmation email or use our contact form and tell us what you'd like changed.
What if it arrives damaged, or looks different from my preview?
Send us a photo within 30 days. We'll reprint it free or refund you in full. You keep the canvas — no return shipping.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Each canvas is made for one child, so it can't be resold. That's why the preview is free and comes before payment.
What do you do with my photos?
We use them to make your portrait, nothing else. They're never shown publicly, never used for face recognition or biometric data, and deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Details: Photo privacy.
